The default user ID will be admin and the default password is “password” both in lower case. If the default login credentials have been modified then you will have to submit the updated password details. If you no longer remember the password details, then click on the option for “Forgot password” to reset the password details.   4. After the orbi account login credentials are verified, users will be directed to their account’s home page.
  5. Locate the “Advanced” settings menu and click on it.
  6. Under advanced settings menu, find the option for “Advanced Setup” and click on it.
  7. Within Advanced setup menu there will be an option for “VPN services.” So click on VPN services and the VPN settings page will load up on the device screen.
  8. Turn On the option to “Enable VPN services” by clicking inside the check available in front of it. After tick marking the checkbox, users may click on “Apply” button to retain the changes.
  9. Now, to view the VPN setup files, users may click on the button labeled as “For Smart Phone.” It will download and display the entire configuration file related to VPN.
  10. In case of android or iOS based mobile devices, users can download and configure the Open VPN connect application. This app can be easily downloaded on android and iOS based devices as it is available on both Google and Apple play store as well.
  11. In case of computers, users may need to unzip all the downloaded setup files before sending it to another device. Kindly remember that when you will try to open the file with .ovpn extension, multiple applications will show up under a single list. Choose the option for “Open VPN Connect application” to access file with .ovpn extension.
