1. Browse Insight cloud portal.
2. Users having access to multiple organizations may specify their organization.
3. Choose any of the specific locations.
4. Locate the device tab at the upper side of the portal and click on it.
5. Double tap or click on the option for Orbi Pro wireless system.
6. Click on the Wireless networks tab located at the left side of the portal. A list of available Wi-Fi networks with show up on the device screen.
7. Double click on the name of network that you wish to edit.
8. In order to turn OFF the network, users may swap the respective network switch to OFF state. The network switch can be easily found at the above side of the portal.
9. To edit the name of network users may go to SSID section and then type in the new name. The new name can be any possible combination of alphabets with character length of 2 to 32.
10. For security purpose if users want to hide the network ID then they may turn OFF the option for “Broadcast SSID.”
11. In order to initiate re-sign in after a particular interval of time, users may click on the “Time Stamp and select the required time period.
12. To allow sign in through password users may open the Auth option and choose the “Password Authentication” available within the opened drop down list.
13. Within password field, type the new password. The new password must be within the character length of 8 to 63. After type the password details user may tap on the eye like icon for viewing the new password.
14. After all the required changes have been made to the network settings, users should click on the “Save” button to retain the changes.

Steps for editing the Wi-Fi setting of an employee or admin Orbi pro wireless network:

1. Open the insight cloud portal on any of internet supporting devices.
2. If you have an access to multiple organizations then select your organization.
3. Specify the network location.
4. Click on the Devices tab at the above side of the portal.
5. Click twice on the Orbi Pro Wi-Fi setup.
6. Scroll towards the left side of the portal and click on the option for “Wi-Fi Networks” available over there. A list of existing networks will show up on the screen.
7. Click twice on the network ID that needs to be edited.
8. To disable the access to a network, users may turn OFF its switch.
9. To edit the name of network, users may go to SSID field and click on then type in the new name for their network. The network name can have the length between 2 to 32 alphabets. In order to easily remember the name, users may take a note of it.
10. To hide network ID, one should disable the option for “Broadcast SSID.”
11. To keep the network secure users may enable any of the available WPA option. The available WPA options are listed as follows:

• WPA2-PSK [AES]: This security type offers latest standard high security. Users can opt for this security type only if newly launched computer and Wi-Fi devices are being used for their network. It is because this network security technology is not compatible with older computer and other Wi-Fi equipments.
• WPA-PSK[TKIP]+WPA2-PSK[AES]: This type of security can be used for older computer and wireless devices. To select a security option, users just need to click on the radio button for that security type.

12. If users have opted for password security then they can change the password by typing in the new password within the password field. To view and confirm the password users may click on the eye icon
13. After making all the changes, one should click on “Save” button.
